Order Policies

Orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days.

Any lost or stolen orders are not the responsibility of N’Vied Lash LLC once shipped. Please direct any questions or concerns to USPS and UPS customer service. N’Vied Lash encourages purchasing shipping insurance to troubleshoot any potential package misplacement, which is offered at checkout “Shiptection”.

All sale items are final sale, and are not subject to any refunds, replacements, or exchanges.

An email including a photo of receipt and photo of the order discrepancy, shortage, or damaged product must be submitted within 3 days of receipt of your order.

Refund requests are solely under discretion of the owner and will be processed and inspected.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide correct shipping and/or pickup information upon any order. Any additional charges following an incorrect name, address, undelivered order, or refusal of order will be the responsibility of the customer due to customer error.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled or revised. If you would like to cancel or revise an order, please email hello@nviedlash.com and we will try to accommodate your request.
